What you need for this position:
BS or equivalent in Computer Science
Proficiency with Object Oriented Programming, preferably in an open source environment (e.g. Java, Ruby, PHP, etc)
Proficiency with Scripting languages (e.g. Python, Perl, etc)
Experience with cloud solutions (e.g. AWS, Rackspace, Azure, etc)
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to think logically and critically
Passionate about cloud computing

Nice to have:
Experience in one of all of the following; node.js, MongoDB, Eucalyptus, OpenStack/Cloudstack, Hadoop, Chef and Puppet
