What You’ll Want To Do
- Manage a team of highly skilled talent acquisition professionals for one of the most modern and internationally known e-commerce companies in the world
- Work closely with global HR teams in delivering specific recruiting campaigns
What You Will Be Doing
- Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy: employment branding, college recruitment efforts, internship programs, internal pipeline management, and external market focus
- Manage and partner closely with Talent Acquisition team
- Build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships over a long period of time including passive candidate pools
- Handle external advertising, applicant tracking, new employee orientation, employee referral programs and management training on effective hiring

- Always wants to know what the current recruiting issues and trends are in the industry

What You Should Have Already Done
- Have completed your Bachelor’s in Management, Human Resources or related field
- Eight plus years in related business experience including Talent Acquisition experience
