Position Description:

Strong Project Manager needed for LMS (learning management system) projects in Whitehouse Station, NJ.  This project manager will be managing multiple medium sized projects concurrently, and will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, delivery, and tracking of all projects related to the LMS (Success Factors), which currently has over 140K users globally.

Qualified Candidates for this role with offer:

• Strong experience in managing multiple projects with many stakeholders at once
• Strong comprehension of e-learning/talent management applications that are consumed on a global level
• A strong sense of urgency, time sensitivity, and the ability to ensure success even when the project does not go according to plan.

Planned Projects for this Role Include:

• Installing language packs globally for use of LMS in other regions
• Global Upgrade to the newest version of the LMS
• Working in conjunction with the Archiving Team to create an archiving and storage strategy and mechanism
• Ad hoc application projects as they arise
