General Manager needed for a new retail store opening in Mankato, MN.

QUALIFICATIONS:

With a four year degree: five years of department store, discount store or big box retail experience in a managerial position OR with an associates degree or equivalent: minimum of 8 years of department store, discount store or big box retail experience in a managerial position

Hardline and softline experience from retail establishments such as Target, Babies R Us, KMart, Sears, Bed, Bath & Beyond, etc.

Proven track record of accomplishing budgeted goals

Proficient in various software applications including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and using the Internet

Knowledge of POS register systems
