My client, one of New York’s leading real estate finance firms, is recruiting for a Wholesale Mortgage Processor.  This opportunity is temp-to-perm and compensation will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Opening mortgage files
• Pulling credit
• Ordering appraisals
• Stacking documentation for submission to lenders
• Ordering insurance
• Employment/rent/income verifications
• Clearing loan conditions
• Obtaining clearance for closing

 Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage processing
• Experience working with either Encompass or Caylx software
• Must be willing to obtain license via NMLS
• Experience supporting 4-5 loan originators
