Educational qualifications

BS/ BA and relevant business experience.  Six Sigma or Lean experience preferred.

Functional Skills

The domain knowledge should include a strong understanding of the Financial Services landscape

Operational Skills

Good communication skills, strong analytical thinking, listening, writing and client interfacing skills. The individual should be able to own the requirements management for a mid-sized/ complex project s. The individual should possess advanced business analysis skills proven through delivering in multiple engagements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze and reconcile performance data from various internal and external sources in order to make informed implementation decisions
• Establish account/composite relationships in Eagle PACE
• Determine performance composite logic and calculations
• Seek and facilitate business decisions among senior stakeholders
• Develop/Enhance representative data model
• Build proof-of-concept prototypes for universal understanding and business buy-in
• Present findings to stakeholders
• Work with operational and IT teams to implement new and enhanced processes

Job Requirements

• Proven knowledge of the Investment Management business (Mutual Funds, Institutional Asset Management, Performance, Portfolios, Security Attributes, etc.)
• Proven knowledge of how to set up composite performance in Eagle PACE
• Excellent organization/prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to work independently to move a project forward
• Minimum 5 years experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience modeling complex data
• Minimum 5 years experience SQL data analysis (SQL Server and/or Oracle)
• Project/Team management experience
