Position: 17603 - Contract Attorney

Location: Parsippany, NJ 

Contract: 4 Months

Job Description:  

Primary responsibilities include cell site lease review, negotiation, preparation and approval; providing legal support on lease disputes, contractor lien issues and litigation management.

Primary responsibilities include:

(1) negotiating and drafting site leases, other leases, and vendor contracts,

(2) providing legal support on title and environmental review

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:   

The position requires: a law degree and at least one state bar admission in good standing with at least 1-3 years of related work experience (preferably with a full service law firm, land use or telecom company) and solid negotiating skills. Key qualities that will help the candidate selected to fill the position to be successful include an ability to work independently while fulfilling the role of legal advisor in assisting the area in meeting their overall goals; strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills; and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment and good business sense are a must for this position
