General Manager needed for a family fun center/ family entertainment center in Palmdale, CA.
Qualifications:
Experience as a GM in the hospitality industry, restaurants or bowling center.
Experience in managing P&L and budget
Proven success record of building sales and generating revenue
Proven success record in motivating and developing staff members
High School Diploma (or equivalent). Some college is a plus
Responsibilities:
Administrative/Financial: Assist with preparing budgets, forecasting, financial recording, reporting and protecting the company's assets. Responsible for schedule budgets, expenses, cash handling, processing of accounts payable invoices, inventory reports, lineage activity reports.
Sales & Marketing: With Event Coordinator and Sales Director, responsible for achieving overall sales/marketing objectives. This includes but is not limited to the following:
Operational: Oversee all functions of the center.
Human Resources: Interview, hire, and evaluate management team and crew members.
Ability to work 45-50h/week.
