Job Summary:

Responsible for direct and operational management of physician practices, programs, projects and consultants; to include effective management of clinical systems, human resources, financial management and environmental management.  Performs business development and marketing functions for physician practices.  Promotes collaborative practice with hospital departments, physicians and clinics.  Exhibits ability to work with others to identify and implement solutions to a variety of human, technical and administrative problems.  Must be flexible and have ability to lead others through rapidly changing environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration or related business field; Master's degree preferred
5 years of  recent management experience in a clinical setting
