Senior Developer –Java, Ruby, JSP, J2EE, .Net - London

ISL is currently recruiting a Senior Developer to work with our client, a successful financial services software house that specialises in providing SaaS solutions to Investment Banking customers.

The Senior Developer will be joining a small, but talented team that utilises a hybrid agile/lean development process. So experience with practices such as TDD and Continuous Integration a distinct advantage. Any experience working with Investment Banking and Capital Markets would be beneficial.

The Senior Developer should have extensive experience (5 years or more) with at least one of the following web-based enterprise technology stacks such as Java/JSP/J2EE or .Net. Also, any experience with Ruby on Rails would be considered favourably as this is an area of increased significance within the business.

As a Senior Developer you should have experience in all areas of system development, from interfaces to 'business logic' to the database, and particularly in systems integration. The company’s systems are built on a range of technologies, with Force.com the heart so all applicants should be interested in learning about this PaaS technology.

Candidates with a good degree in a relevant subject would be considered favourably, but proven experience is more important than formal qualifications.

This is an great opportunity for an experienced enterprise software developer to join a growing team with excellent long term prospects. Salary is negotiable depending on experience but expected to be in the range of £55,000 -£70,000.
