Job Description

My client is looking for a talented individual with strong management and project implementation expertise to join their growing team as a Project Manager.  
The right candidate is a professional who is eager to learn about new technologies, detail-oriented, and thrives on working directly with businesses to help them better leverage technology in their business operations.
The position requires a solid foundation in Project Management, Managing People, and Pre-Sales.  Above all, we are looking for a talented individual who has the enthusiasm, desire, ambition, and capability to quickly learn and adapt. 

Job Requirements
Manage multiple technology implementation and assessment projects focused on Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Unified Communications, Collaboration, and Messaging.  

Follow Microsoft Solutions Framework methodologies to guide projects from Pre-Sales Envisioning through Planning, Implementation, Stabilization, and Rollout Phases.   

Act as Grand Facilitator on projects to build project teams (Sentri, customer, and external resources), manage and mitigate risk, facilitate communications amongst all team members, update project plans, create and distribute project status reports, manage time and cost budgets, develop and deliver change orders.

Act as Trusted Advisor to our customers to provide them with sound technology guidance based upon Microsoft Technologies and best practices.  
Provide thought leadership to the company on improving processes, streamlining implementation methodologies.  
Act as expert on Microsoft Suite of Products and how customers can leverage them in their organizations.  
Research new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.

Technical Qualifications
5+ Years as Project Manager or Director of Information Technology in technology driven organization.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Unified Communications (Lync 2010 or OCS) or Microsoft Exchange Messaging Technologies..
PMP or Project Management Certification a strong plus.
PBX/VOIP/Phone System/Contact Center Implementation Experience a plus.
Experience Implementing and Supporting Microsoft SharePoint, Exchange 2007, Exchange 2010, Lync 2010, Office Communications Server, Dynamics CRM, SCOM, SCCM, Virtualization or other Microsoft Technologies a plus.
Organizational Qualifications
5+ Years Experience in Implementation, Support, Management of Information Technology
3+ Years Experience Managing Technology Implementation Projects with focus on developing and managing project plans, resource allocation, meeting minutes/issues/risks, budget analysis.
2+ Years Experience Writing Requirements Documents, Statements Of Work, Project Management Reports, and Assessment Reports.
PMP Certification Preferred
Present information clearly with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Prioritize in a multi-task environment, using strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Learn new skills quickly and utilize them effectively.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related discipline or equivalent experience.
