Ebit Information Systems, an IT staffing firm in the Louisville, KY area, is seeking training developers for a local client.  These are long term W2 contract positions (1 - 3 years depending on business needs and performance).  We offer excellent benefits to include health insurance (we pay 60% of the monthly premium, 6 days of paid time off after 1000 hours with accruals after that, holiday pay, etc.).  All candidates must be willing to work on site (no remote) 40 hours per week.

Designs and develops learning ILT materials to include instructor slide deck, scripted demonstrations, scripted exercises, learner guides and learning assessments.  Training delivery format must follow Principles of Adult Learning.  Process will include testing/validation of materials created.  Successful candidate will work with other team members and/or a system SME and must be able to create materials using ADDIE and/or a rapid prototyping method to complete work under a very tight timeline.  Organization and project management skills are also required.  Must have at least 2 years of training development experience with excellent MS Office, writing, problem solving, collaboration, and research skills.  E-learning technologies (e.g., Captivate, WebEx, Lectora, etc.) a plus (required for some of these positions, but other positions are ILT).  A skills assessment will be required.
