PRGX Global Inc is seeking 2 Healthcare QA Analysts to join our growing auditing team.

Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring the processes in Healthcare Recovery Audit meet quality checks and standards.  The quality analysis should emphasize on the process to check for data integrity, response time, accuracy and customer service.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•Observe and Document processes throughout Healthcare Recovery Audit including  data services, scanning, and Customer Service

•Perform process efficiency analysis throughout the same areas.

•Develops, publishes, and implements test plans.

•Writes and maintains test automation.

•Develops quality assurance standards.

•Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics

•Draw value diagrams to illustrate each process

•Generate QA reports to quantify, identify and exhibit results, errors and red flags with in each process.

•Provide ongoing input and feedback to the department Director.

•Investigate process and data quality issues (perform root cause analysis)

•Document and Present analysis and results to the teams

work experience AND EDUCATION requirements

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5-6 years of experience
• Healthcare experience required
• Must have a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.
• BPMN, MS Office, SQL,  Process engineering, knowledge of six sigma
