Executive Assistant to CEO and Chairman (closed)
Our client, an established non-profit in the Philadelphia suburbs, is seeking a strong Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Chairman, as well as several other members of the Executive team. This role will also involve some light project work and editing of proposals and contracts.
Job description:
• Calendar management
• Domestic travel arrangements
• Meeting planning and coordination
• Extensive communication via phone and email with business contacts
• Work closely with other staff to coordinate meetings, travel, and projects
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Special projects as needed
• Edit and proof proposals and contracts as needed
• Provide back up support to receptionist
Requirements:
• 5-7+ years of experience supporting a team and several executives
• Ability to handle multiple, changing priorities
• Superb oral and written communication
• Strong MS Office skills
• Ability to be flexible and dependable, and support a team
• Heavy attention to detail and follow through
• Professional demeanor
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
