opening for a Production Analyst located in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time position and the salary depends on experience.

The Production Analyst is responsible for monitoring the day to day performance of the organizations electronic data interchange. All duties involve Business As Usual (BAU) application operations, file analyst prior to deployment into production, for new or activated/fully implemented clients.

Primary Job Responsibilities include:

Assist in creation of operational reports which indicate status of scheduled files and operational metrics.

Be an advocate for the end user to ensure he or she receives high-quality and timely service and support.

Coordinate with the Level 2 support technicians and subject-matter experts to ensure IT-delivered services goals are understood, met or exceeded.

Create and maintain a schedule of inbound and outbound file deliveries.

Contribute to the creation/facilitation/maintenance of FAQ documents, knowledge articles and user guides.

Ensure scheduled and unscheduled inbound and outbound files execute as expected.

Ensure the integrity and security of files in all steps of processing.

Escalate issues to appropriate second level subject-matter experts (SME) in accordance to service-level agreements.

Identify and remediate issues with errors occurring with file formats or with job executions.

Leverage internal and external resources (knowledge bases, manuals, support sites, vendors) to answer questions and resolve issues.

Participate in the implementation of new clients and associated EDI setup.

Report and track programming defects associated with job failures.

Report and escalate issues to the EDI Manager in relation to file handling issues.

Respond to end-user inquiries regarding the status of incident/service request tickets, and perform follow-ups.

Experience / Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or equivalent experience.

3 + years continual SQL server experience (including ability to develop direct DB queries).

EDI experience a plus.

Software troubleshooting experience a plus.

Knowledge of healthcare claims a plus.

Sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive customer situations.
