Senior Human Resources Administrator (Hospital)
Responsible for the daily operation of the Hospital Human Resource Department for 1,200 employees and 5 direct reports.
• HR Administration
• Compensation / Benefits Administration
• Performance Management
• Employee Relations
• Labor Relations in Union environment
• Regulatory compliance
• Ensure excellent HR service to all levels of employees
• Serve on facility Administrative Council
• Member of HR leadership team, provide input and recommendations on HR policy
REQUIREMENTS
• BA/BS Business/Human Resources Management. Master's degree preferred
• PHR/SPHR
• 10 + years progressive HR experience in hospital setting
• At least one year Hospital Union environment experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Compensation, Benefits, HRIS experience
• Computer proficiency
• Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws as they apply to HR management
• Willing to travel – Occasionally
