The sales manager primary focus will be on the corporate group market segment. Responsibilities will include but not limited to soliciting, negotiating, developing new business through outside sales calls, telemarketing, site inspections, referrals, and networking in order to maximize room revenue and meet/exceed individual monthly goals.

• Maintain rate integrity
• Clear Communication with the Dir. of Sales and  Team
• Provide consistent sales effort with quality and consistency to insure all sales efforts are in adherence with the vision of our client's company
