• Understanding of business and technical requirements
• Remote support of Client NTT specific needs on day to day basis
• NTT design, scripting, and add move change activity
• Basic trouble shooting as NTT issues arise to include working with Cisco TAC as required
• Deployment support as Assurant continues to expand the Cisco NTT into new offices
