Customer Service Representative - Insurance/Healthcare
Healthcare Management Company located in Chicago area seeking a several Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. Candidate will be responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls educating callers on information regarding Medicaid/Medicare and Prescription Drug Plans, scheduling consultations and enrolling qualified applicants with benefit plans.
·High School Diploma or equivalent required.
·Minimum of 2 years call center customer service experience in Medicare/Medicaid or health insurance field.
·Bilingual Spanish not required but a plus; read, write and speak clearly.
·Excellent communication skills, articulate and detail oriented.
·Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel with ability to pick up new systems quickly. Type 60 wpm.
