The ideal candidate will be working on the MBNA project providing PM support to the security program, this project is 50 – 100 million dollar initiative. We are currently seeking a strong (PCO III) with solid background / experience with Project planning, coordination and sharepoint management
We are seeking a Project Control Officer to provide project support and analysis to the Program Manager and team leads. The successful candidate must be a strong team player, self-motivated, highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Key accountabilities include: •Report creation •Roll up Reporting •PowerPoint presentation creation •Ensuring SharePoint site repositories are up to date •Additional support as required by the program Provide support for accrual processing •Manage the process for all required updates to internal financial management tracking tools
Other Qualifications/Skills/Experience
•Highly flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities •Ability to work independently and within a team setting •A strong focus on attention to detail to produce high quality, accurate and timely deliverables to meet deadlines •Strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills •Previous Project Financial reporting
MUST HAVES: Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project Visio skills Sharepoint Project Financial reporting / tracking Report Creation and Report Roll up
Nice to have: Prior TD experience Security experience Exposure to PMLC
