Job Knowledge:

Understanding of powder flowability, process piping, slurry pumping, viscosity adjustment, pH adjustment,

air flow control sequences, and temperature control systems.

Accountability:

Responsible for product quality conforming to specification by following formula instructions, department

procedures and training.  Productivity expectations are to be met while diligently following all safety

procedures.

Analytical Requirement:

Learn to analyze product and raw materials for foreign matter or off colored specks, run pH analysis,

perform % solids analysis using a refractometer, perform viscosity analysis, check product particle size, and

run acetaldehyde retention analysis.

This is a Spray Operator position. Someone who has experience as a batch- maker or blender would be a good fit for this role as well.

2nd and 3rd shift positions available
