Job Description/Major Responsiblities:
Administer the LMS (assign/track curriculum completions)
Monitor the link between EDM and LMS
Ensure correct versioning and item information
Run metrics reports and verification reports
Administer the Training Materials Library (online database and hard-copy)
Administer qualifications, components, content objects, catalogs, and learner records in the LMS
Administer/maintain all training files: individual (active and inactive) and group (topic-specific)
Respond to all LMS work requests and all inquiries regarding training records/reports
Administer entry and removal of all hired/terminated personnel in the LMS
Provide training/user support on the LMS
Provide administrative support for all training courses/webinars, including electronic data entry of attendees, scheduling in LMS, updating the training calendar on the Sharepoint Site, and setting up Live Meeting when applicable
Attend Curriculum Definition/LMS Administrator Community of Practice (COP)
BS degree preferred but not required.
3-5 years of LMS administration.
Compliance Wire Knowledge a plus.
No travel is anticipated in this role and local candidates only.
