Reports Analyst

A Business Processing Company, known for its excellence in providing world-class customer service requires a Reports Analyst who responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Execute Statistical Data Analyses
• Authenticate root causes, identify the movements and give commendations
• Drive performance and enhance the current processes
• Produce data and recommendations for the Production and Operations team

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering or other related courses
• Knowledgeable in using Statistical methods and tools
• Analytics experience not less than 3 years
• Exposure in the BPO industry will be an advantage
