Order of required skills needed priority are:
1) Strong SQL
2) Visual Basic Application
3) MS Access

Perform analysis of existing MS Access reporting application SQL and VBA (Visual Basis Application) code. Transform existing SQL and VBA transformations into English pseudo-code and then into SQL in terms of existing data warehouse tables. Assist in reconfiguring existing MS Access/SQL/VBA reporting application to read from new data warehouse for testing.

Soft skills:
Technical skills, good proactive communication skills, team player, ability to adhere to tight project deadlines.

Required education:
SQL, VBA and MS Access development experience.

Additional comments:
Technology Stack that this individual may have to work with, the more the better in terms of the individual’s familiarity with any of these: Oracle, SQL, Informatica ETLs, Relational Data Models, Data Warehouse data models including star schema.

Strong SQL Skills - required - 3-5 years
Visual Basic Application - required - 3-5 years
MS Access Development - required - 3-5 years
Conceptual understanding relational and data warehouse data models - required - 1-2 years
