Established boutique strategy and marketing consulting firm who provide valued guidance to companies around the world, particularly around revenue growth, product and pricing are looking to add a Director to lead and deliver projects for the Consumer Products & Retail Practice, this will suit an established consultant who is comfortable being extremely client facing, delivering projects, managing junior consultants and becoming involved in business development over time. They currently employ over 500 consultants globally and grow on average 20% year-on-year. The career prospects are excellent, with the route to partner being achievable and related to performance not length of service. Although travel is part of any consultancy role, there is less emphasis on long term travel and a good work/life balance within this entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

Graduate from a leading University, MBA advantageous.
Must have at least 6-10 plus yrs experience, most of which should have been in a consultancy role
Experience of projects within Consumer Products & Retail preferred but a generalist would be considered.
Strategy, marketing and pricing experience
Strong project management and client facing skills
Excellent quantitative analytical and problem-solving skills
Innovative in approach
