Responsible for providing technical expertise on middleware technologies for multiple services and applications employing one or more standard middleware tools.Responsible for collaborating with application developers and architects to develop solutions that meet business requirements, provide in-depth technical expertise on various NETIQ systems, and integrate with ticketing systems to support business needs.

Responsibilities:

·Responsible for installation and maintenance of all middleware technologies supporting corporate applications including NetIQ Directory Resource Administrator, NetIQ Group Policy Administrator and NetIQ Aegis

·Responsible for event management and automation solutions interfacing with monitoring and ticketing system.

·Provide technical expertise on Active Directory, AD management tools, federation tools and other Middleware technologies.

·Develop roadmap and architecture for access technologies and integration for Web Services

·Integration of internal C#, .Net, Java and web applications for automation and reporting

·Provide design direction during project planning, sizing, and budgeting in support of automation solutions.

·Publish and present middleware technology standards and roadmaps as the Middleware subject matter expert.

·Assist in the design, planning, building, and troubleshooting systems as an Enterprise Systems Management/monitoring subject matter expert

·Responsible for installation and maintenance of the NetIQ AppManager monitoring suite, in all environments

·Responsible for creation of alert definitions using monitoring systems and  ticketing system

·Develop scripts to interface with various platforms. These scripts will be used for automation, configuration management, and daily reporting.

·Responsible for operational support, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and patch/release management for all middles tools

·Perform system and application setup/support and maintenance in conjunction with regular scheduled maintenance related to the use of middleware tools within the environment

·Respond to emergency issues, root cause analysis and implementation of preventative measures

·Report on application performance and utilization based on requirements

·Provide technical and support to clients and SEs via telephone and ticketing system

·Ability to manage work efficiently in order to complete multiple assignments in a timely manner and effectively in writing and verbally on variety of business matters as required

General Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline and or equivalent work experience

·10+ years experience of relevant IT experience

·5+ years combined experience with NetIQ DRA, GPA and Aegis products

·5+ years server OS administration or network administration and Directory topologies

·5+ years system architecture experience

·5+ years Security for Web Services, SAML, and Federation preferred.

·Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment

·Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated analytical thinking
