ITSM Process Analyst Job Description
Perform the following duties for the IT Service Management process team:
Assist with the mapping of categorization values to the configuration items
Assist with the review of categorization usage and document those values that haven?t been used and need to be removed
Assist with process documentation
Assist with updating solutions as needed after they have been migrated to a new tool
Perform data analysis on multiples types of data such as locations, operators, customers, etc.
Provide support as needed for the Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management teams

| Required: IT MS Office Process Development |
Detail oriented
Exposure to ITIL from an Incident, Request, Problem or Change perspective
1-2 years experience providing IT support
Experience with reviewing data & data analysis
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skills Experience with technical documentation a plus
Exposure to HP Service Manager a plus
Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking and fast paced environment
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience
