Job Description
The Transportation Capabilities Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager of the Global Transportation COE. This individual will be responsible for assisting with a number of Global Transportation Capabilities activities to support and enhance our foundational capabilities, documentation, and metrics materials for our global engagement agenda. The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain and will leverage their extensive MSFT office skills to assist in the development and enhancement of supporting materials for the global transportation team along as well as additional tasks supporting our global engagements.

Required Qualifications

1. Extensive / expert-level MSFT Office 2010 skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Deep macro and ODBC experience. Extensive PowerPoint experience. The candidate will be asked to provide examples of their Excel and PowerPoint work product if available. 5-7 years minimum
2. Background in supply chain analysis and modeling. 3-5 years minimum
3. Technical writing and flowcharting background ? ideally in Visio or MindMapper. 3-5 years minimum
4. Experience with developing and maintain performance scorecards and financial tracking tools.
5. Ability to develop training material, capability assessments and process documentation (ex: best practice references).

Essential Job Requirements:

PREFERRED SKILLS -

Nice to Haves

Foreign language experience (Spanish or Portuguese ideally)
MS Access or other database experience.
Ability to analyze large data sets.
TOTAL WORK EXPERIENCE 5-7 years minimum
CERTIFICATIONS: MSFT Office Specialist Certification (nice to have)
