The Latitude Group is currently recruiting for a direct hire opportunity as a Senior Business Analyst.   This position will be acting as a liaison between business/marketing and IT.  This role is heavy client facing, working with fortune 500 customers to gather and document requirements- then communicating these requirements to the technical development team. 

Strong communications skills is needed in this role.  You will facilitate project launch activities, web implementation, content updates, coordinate operations with project operations team.  Work with project scope, conduct UAT testing and general knowledge of reading/writing simple SQL queries. 

Qualifications

• BS/BA Business or CS related degree
• 3+ years of Business Analysis and Project Management experience
• Experience with query tools and understanding of relational database structures
• Effective leadership skills
• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
