My client is a midsized CPA firm located in the Passiac County area of NJ.  Midsized and very profitable.  Currently experriencing solid organic growth and is looking for a talented Tax Partner.  A book of business is not required...a history of developing business is preferred. 

Ideally the Partner will have a background in either Business returns or Estate Planning.

They have a broad range of clients and industries, so any stable background will be of interest
