International company is searching for an Assistant General Counsel who is admitted in NY and has 10+ years experience with intellectual property and general commercial contracts. Candidates should have mid to large firm experience and have worked in-house as well, preferably with a manufacturing related company, and have worked with a wide range of general commercial contracts as well as licensing, joint development and other ip and technology related contracts. Strong academics preferred. Experience with marketing and advertising, mergers and acquisitions, and government contracts would be a plus.
