Hospital employed group of two urologists and one PA seeking two additional urologists.  Well established practice, satellite locations, firm referral patterns.  Prefer surgeons with experience and training using the DaVinci Robot.  Excellent compensation to start plus productivity bonus paid quarterly based on WRVU's, signing bonus of $50K, student loan repayment of $30 and relocation up to $10K.  retention bonus of $25K after three years.  Opportunity to own mobile laser and lithotripsy unit.  Opportunity for ownership shares in successful Ambulatory Surgery Center and other Physician/Hospital Joint Ventures.
