Responsibilities will include confirming closings with buyers, attorneys and lenders, preparing HUD-1 settlements statements as well as preparing post closing documents for dispersing and recording. A qualified candidate will have 2+ years of real estate experience; have prepared the new 2010 RESPA HUD-1 settlement statements and strong computer skills.
