Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Arrange Managing Director / General Manager international travel and accommodation
  • Arrangement of appointments and scheduling of meetings
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
  • Participating in external and internal meetings and drafting meeting minutes / agenda if required.
  • Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

 

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent with about 2 years of working experience in related field
  • Highly developed verbal and written language skills (fluent in English)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
  • Competent typing skills
  • Team player, mature, calm, pleasant, detailed and organized
  • Preferably those able to start work immediately or with short notice
  • Only Singaporean and Singapore PR need to apply
