Description

Looking for a Lead Software Engineer with related development experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate must be independent, self-motivating, and willing to work in a fast paced environment with experience in front-end technologies and back end development. As a member of the development team, this individual is responsible for designing and coding UI functionality necessary to support the complexities of our trading engine along with enhancing the productivity and experience of the end users. Financial/Futures industry experience is a plus.

•          Experience developing user interfaces for web 2.0 applications providing graphical design and mockups. Usability testing is a plus.
•          Strong JavaScript knowledge. Must have hands on experience writing complex functionality (e.g., AJAX, 3rd party libraries – jQuery a plus)
•          Experience creating applications in an OSGi environment. Virgo is a big plus.
•          BS or MS degree or equivalent in a technical field preferred
