17542 - Lease Analyst

Bellevue, WA

Contract: 12 Months

Job Description:

This analyst position will support the Lease Compliance cell site team, and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cell site leases. Able to perform complex interpretation and abstraction of lease financial information, critical dates, issues, and contacts. Provide financial analysis and complex reconciliation of invoices and recurring rent payments. May perform desktop and operational audits. Process payments in compliance to procedures, best practices, accounting and audit rules. Assist in the definition and documentation of department processes. May process estoppels, bonds, letters of credit and other lease-related documents. Communicate with internal and external customers on lease- related issues, building and maintaining positive, collaborative relationships. Provide oversight of five key SOX compliance controls.

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:     Basic understanding of lease language, data entry, multitasking, accounting skills, exceptional organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and exceptional understanding of customer service skills.
