Description
Must be able to lead the entire technical efforts for large, complex programs of change. Works in tandem with top management to set program direction and achieve corporate objectives through personal ownership, engagement, influence and efforts. The ideal candidate for this position will must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows internals, server and desktop operating systems, industry standard software distribution, and systems management technologies and methodologies. General Skills: analytical and problem solving abilities; Ability to work in a team environment; presentation and communication (oral and written) skills.

Project will provide Citrix VDI instances for large enterprise from Citrix/VMWare environment running ESX with Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp. Prior enterprise level Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop experience is required. Must have ability to create application packages in XenApp, XenDesktop images, Application streaming, Citrix provisioning and XenApp Server gold template creation. Must have ability to configure and manage all aspects of a Citrix environment.

Must be able to Script and package using common industry tools (WinBatch, VB, WISE, SMS, CA Unicenter). WISE Package Studio 5x+ a PLUS. Experience with SCCM also a plus.
