We are searching for an exceptional Experience Designer that will help progressive organizations improve their population’s health and lower their healthcare costs. We are seeking a talented Experience Designer to collaborate in designing the next generation of online health and wellness tools.
First and foremost, you should have a passion for user engagement. You know that design can make the world a better place, and you have ideas for how it can make people healthier.
You should know great digital interaction when you see it, and be able to explain why it's great (even if you didn't create it!)
You need to be able to explain your ideas at multiple levels of fidelity. You should be equally comfortable sketching, wireframing, and prototyping - and show the good judgment to know when each is required to get your idea across.

Finally, you should have a portfolio that shows not only solid execution on ideas, but the process that got you there. We’re interested in how you work and how you think; not just what you’ve done before.

Education
A degree in design, HCI, Information Science, or related field is required.
