I have a wonderful opening for a Help Desk Representative in the St. Louis, MO area!!

Qualifications:

•  IT Degree preferred
• Proficient with Active Directory. For example, must be able to create user accounts, profiles, etc.
• Must have help desk experience
• Help Desk or Workstation or Desktop experience would be preferred. 
•  Ideal candidate 2 to 4 years experience in a technical support role. For example, help desk or corporate desk top experience.
• Certifications would be a bonus
• Must have great customer service and phone skills  
  
  
  
• Strong ability to handl multiple duties
• Must be organized
