Sales Support Specialist (closed)
Our client is a leading US MNC in Electronics industry. Due to the expansion, they are now in a search of talented and motivated individuals who enjoy challenges to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Reviewing, booking and managing all aspects of commercial and institutional sales orders received from the business unit in an efficient and timely manner
•Interface and work closely with internal team to ensure overall supply/fulfillment for the business unit are taken care of
•Reporting and presentation of executive reviews
•Manage the fulfillment of the business unit orders by balancing the inventory available at store without causing a stock out situation at store
•Ensure best in class product inventory levels across all products
•Ensure forecasts & planning parameters are correctly reviewed and maintained
•A key player in identifying and working with others to develop automated solutions and enhancements to optimise Retail Fulfillment
•Work with cross functional team and planners to ensure the business unit deals are fulfilled seamlessly
•Event management – New Product Introduction, Holiday season planning etc
•Provides timely support to stores for issue resolutions within the service level agreement
•Support project initiatives
Education & Experience:
•Bachelors degree ideally, however applicants with 3+ years relevant experience (ie. in planning and order management) in this area will also be considered.
•Well conversed in both English and Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
