Job Description

We have great opportunities for mid-level change management professionals to join an organization that will give you challenging projects with a strong pipeline and state of the art career mentoring program!

These are direct hire, travel roles - M-Th.  Salary ranges up to $110k with fantastic benefits.  

The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.

Requirements -

-  2 years experience in change management methodology, job/role design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, communication planning, training/performance support and organizational readiness, ERP implementations

- Experience utilizing a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change caused by projects and change efforts.

-  Bachelors Degree
