The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
Requirements -
- 2 years experience in change management methodology, job/role design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, communication planning, training/performance support and organizational readiness, ERP implementations
- Experience utilizing a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change caused by projects and change efforts.
- Bachelors Degree
