Job Title: Social Media Brand Analyst

Reports To: Manager of Social Media

 

Job Summary:  The Social Media Brand Analyst is a new role that will be responsible for quantifying and analyzing online conversation about the brand. This person’s research and data will allow TOMS to address community inquiries, concerns, and desires in a strategic and thoughtful way, therefore strengthening our community. The Social Media Brand Analyst will be expected to consider the brand’s long-term goals while developing resolutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize social media software to quantify online/social media conversations and review findings weekly with manager
  • Create monthly reports to catalog activity and build trends
  • Present relevant findings and recommendations quarterly to internal teams
  • Generate reports and analysis as needed per request of manager for special projects

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years experience in an analyst role
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint, and proficient in Excel
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and/or Omniture
  • Experience with social media analytics tools
  • Extreme interest in the social media space
