Modules : Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, Absence Management, Recruiting, Time and Labor
Job Description:
~ Minimum of 8 + Years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM / HRMS
~ Minimum 3 years of experience as leading PeopleSoft Programs - Implementations and Re-Implementations
~ Experience in Business process review and/or redesign services
~ Fit-gap analysis, including identifying gaps between required and campus business processes and product functionality.
~ Development of customizations and retrofits and Configuration
~ Assistance in developing test cases
~ Test execution and evaluation
~ Hands-on experience in Document preparation, Knowledge transfer, Data validation
Preferred H1B Visa or Greencard / Citizenship
