Rich Media Technical Customer Support

Experience Required:

• Excellent IT Skills & a passion for technology!
• Knowledge of online advertising and digital technology preferred
• 2+years of Flash Action Script 2 and Action Script 3 experience
• Ability to code, investigate and trouble-shoot in Flash AS3 and AS2
• Experience in coding in HTML5, JavaScript and XML
• Ability to take difficult complex concepts and explain in basic, easy to understand terms.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks
• An effective team player, you will be able to work independently as well as managing projects as per your Team Manager
• You will have a proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
• Strong multi-tasking with excellent time management skills
• Fluent English and one of the following:  French/German/Spanish is essential

AdExchange Customer Support

• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL or prior experience troubleshooting technical issues
• Knowledge of Flash, Basic XML and JavaScript concepts is a plus
• Knowledge of Rich Media is a plus
• A minimum of 2 years experience in online ad industry, including proven ability to understand complexities of display ad serving architecture
• Ability to absorb comples technical concepts and communicate them to a non technical audience effectively
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible/adaptable in exercising judgement in a dynamic matrix environment and manage competing priorities
• Highly motivated individual with a proven ability to drive projects to a successful and timely conclusion
• Fluent English and one of the following: French/German is essential

Search Support

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Search (SEM or natural search)
• Strong analytical skills
• Extensive client facing experience preferred
• Previous exerience in working with, or for, an agecy is a plus
• Strong command of the English language both written and spoken
• Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non technical audience
• Ability to produce high volume, repetitive work with high quality and low error results
• Knowledge of Excel, UNIX, SQL, HTTP, and web technologies is a big advantage
• Experience in AdWords, AdCenter, Analytics and SEM tools desired
• Fluent English and one of the following: French/German is essential

Client Technical Support

• Experience of delivering excellent service on a client facing technical support environment, preferably supporting Internet based products
• Troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated technical experience in one or more of the following: HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Java, ActionScript
• Knowledge of Flash and/ or basic XML is desirable
• Previous experience working for a publisher or ad network would be a benefit
