Passport is looking for software developer to help their new Data Services group
which is charged with providing data services solutions for the company’s
products and customers across the organization.
This software developer
is needed to help design, develop, implement, support and enhance the key
components to successfully supporting these goals:
•EMPI Solution with
web interface to support other Passport solutions
•The implementation of data
warehousing based solutions involving design and development of extraction,
transformation, integration and loading processes.
•Web based interfaces to
these systems for configuration, support and maintenance
•Development of
process to support the Data Services reporting system
The ideal candidate
for this position has the ability to own projects from design to release and can
take customer interactions and turn those into actionable work items.
| Duties: |
• Design, development and enhancement of our Data Services Reporting Portal • Design and development of extraction, transformation, integration and loading processes for data warehouses •Implementation of Web Interfaces to support reporting, data warehousing and other solutions within Data Services •Quickly learn and apply new technologies and programming languages •Research, analyze, and design new and existing software products. •Implement all areas/phases of product development in a Windows environment. •Provide ongoing support of Passport’s software products. •Communicate with internal/external customers during analysis and development phase •Work within existing application architecture to deliver solutions •Own development projects and be capable of taking them from design to general availability. •Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Math or related subject. |
