SUMMARY:
- Develop, design, and implement the Talent Management Strategy for the company with the goal to improve all aspects of the company’s Talent Management, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, Organization Design, Performance Management, Leader Development, etc. processes and programs
- Key, strategic HR Business Partner role working closely with the company’s senior leaders
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ of HR experience with a strong emphasis in talent management/organization development
- MUST HAVE experience creating and implementing a Talent Management Strategy for a company/companies
- Excellent business acumen and decision making ability
- Experience as an external and/or internal consultant
- Ability to work with and influence senior leaders
- Bachelor’s degree; Masters preferred
