Online Product Merchandising Manager

Job Description:

As Online Product Merchandising Manager, you will develop and execute a global online channel product roadmap.  Creating this Global channel will allow the company to launch, sell and fulfill its digital products and services online to small and medium enterprises.  You will also work closely with the company’s Product Group and Third Party Partners on product selection and development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Online Channel team to build product and service launch capabilities for global ecommerce site
• Manage portfolio of online products to drive conversion and online revenue
• Provide market sizing and feature requirements for selling online products and services to small businesses
• Collaborate with global cross functional teams to deliver launch requirements for new site
• Provide ongoing updates to senior leadership team on online product launch and site updates
• Recommend product pricing, positioning and offers
• Develop category and product campaigns
• Feed customer insight back into the global product organization
• Coordinate product and customer research for online channel
• Strong understanding of online optimized products and online trends in the small- and medium-business market

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years experience online product marketing and digital marketing
• Experience with product launch and product management processes
• Strong customer research/insight background
• Experience with multichannel digital media including mobile platforms
• Experience with digital media (display ads, search, email) and social media
• Experience with business cases
• Strong communications skills
• Bachelor's required; MBA preferred
