The Network Technician will serve as a generalist primarily responsible for VoIP support.

Qualified Applicants will possess the following:

• Knowledge of VoIP systems in a Call Center environment:  Avaya PBX - ACD experience a plus
• Experience with small key systems
• Theoretical knowledge of carrier networks such as AT&T, etc. and the ability to diagnose and order lines
• Some knowledge of basic networking principles
• Ability to troubleshoot and remedy VoIP call center application issues
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
