Current Needs: Currently seeking an experienced Advance Practice Nurse / Nurse Practitioner in Toledo, Ohio. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
Position Description:
Responsible for providing integrated care: primarily physical health care but also some behavioral health care to both adults and children.Job Requirements:
- Previous integrated care experience preferred
- Previous mental health care experience preferred
Education & Certification License Requirements:
- Current and active Advance Practice Nurse or Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio required
