We are looking for Institutional sales Manager for a modern Manufacturing company based in Nairobi.

Job Description: Should be MBA or equivalent degree in marketing from reputed Institute with minimum 10 years hardcore experience in FMCG Sales and Marketing.Should have an exposure of at least 4-8 years in handling Modern Trade and Institutions.

Desired Candidate Profile Responsible for planning, forecasting and implementation of sales plan, achieving sales targets, leading team, identify and develop relationships with corporate clients.

Should have excellent communication skill & creating rapport with higher officials of the Institutions. Should be capable of handling a Sales team of more than 50 people at national level.
